Seven wooden pieces fit neatly together to make a triangle. But wait… what’s that extra piece doing?

This is a nice example of a packing problem puzzle. Can you rearrange the pieces so that the extra piece can be accommodated, you still have a triangle, and all the pieces still fit neatly within the frame?
