Scout with backpack

Based on a classic Steiff design from 1905, Scout is a fun new Teddy in the 2020 Steiff line.
He is 43 cm. / 17 inches, five-way jointed and made from slightly distressed, brass-coloured Schulte mohair.
His felt paw pads are finished with hand-stitched claws like so many of the Steiff bears of the early 1900s.
His endearing face comes together with a sculpted muzzle, hand-stitched nose and engaging black eyes.
Scout wears a backpack handmade from ultrasuede and finished with genuine Steiff buttons on each pocket.
He ‘bears’ a Steiff button-in-ear with a white ear tag. Scout The Backpack Bear EAN 683770 is a 2020 Steiff North American white tag edition limited to only 750 pieces. Although this is a collector’s item, it is suitable for ages 14 years and up.
